    Join us for supervised play every Friday. Kids can enjoy obstacle courses, group games, and free play in a fun and safe environment. Perfect for burning off energy and building skills!

  • AIM | Little Creators Craft Class

    LEVEL: AGE 2-6

    Spark your child’s imagination in our  Little Creators craft class! 

    Designed for Pre-K and Kindergarten, this hands-on class sparks creativity through fun art projects. Kids explore various materials while building fine motor skills and a love for crafting!

  • Tiny Tumblers

    AGE: 2-5 | Toddler

    Toddler Tumbling introduces ages 2-5 to movement through fun drills and fundamental skills. Kids develop coordination, body awareness, and social skills while building confidence in a supportive environment.

  • Tiny Ninjas

    LEVEL: AGE 4-6 | Kinder

    Acro Ninja blends ninja agility with acrobatics through obstacle courses and tumbling drills. Focused on strength, coordination, and safe technique, this high-energy class builds confidence, teamwork, and perseverance.

  • Tumbling

    LEVEL 1-4

    Tumbling at Twisted Motion builds strength, flexibility, and body control, focusing on essential floor skills like rolls, handstands, cartwheels, bridges, and walkovers. Unlike Acro, which includes dance elements, Tumbling emphasizes proper technique and progressive skill development, making it ideal for cheerleaders and athletes. Students advance at their own pace, building a strong foundation for more complex skills.

  • Acro Ninja

    LEVEL 1-4

    Acro Ninja blends gymnastics and parkour, building strength, balance, agility, and body control through acrobatic tricks. With a focus on safety and progression, students gain confidence while enhancing performance in sports like soccer, basketball, and football.

    LEVEL 1-4

    Acro blends dance with acrobatic tricks, focusing on strength, flexibility, and technique for safe skill mastery. Students will learn fundamental tumbling skills such as handstands, cartwheels, and walkovers, along with unique variations and fluid transitions that seamlessly integrate into dance. With progressive training, they’ll develop control, balance, and coordination, enhancing their overall performance while becoming confident and versatile dancers.

    This high-energy class builds a strong cheerleading foundation, covering stunts, jumps, tumbling, and chants with a focus on strength, flexibility, and technique. Emphasizing teamwork and confidence, it's perfect for beginners and those refining their skills.

  • Cheer Prep: Junior High and High School

    WED 7-8PM

    Prepare for cheer tryouts with our 10-week Cheer Prep Class! Focus on jumps, technique, conditioning, voice projection, spiriting, and tumbling with expert coaches for well-rounded training.

  • AIM | Writing Fundamentals | Elementary

    WED 12-1PM
    LEVEL: 2nd-5th Graders

    This engaging writing class, led by a certified teacher, focuses on essential writing skills through interactive units. Students should be able to independently compose complete sentences.

    Persuasive Writing (Feb. 12 – March 12) – Learn to build strong arguments and write persuasive essays and letters.

    Narrative Writing (March 26 – April 30) – Explore storytelling techniques, character development, and narrative structure.

LEVELS

  • Toddler

    AGE: 2-3

    Toddler Tumbling gets your little one moving! Led by a coach, parents assist their child in Acro and Tumbling skills. This class builds body awareness, motor skills, language development, independence, and the ability to follow directions—all while creating a fun bonding experience!

  • Pre-K

    AGE: 3-5 | MUST BE POTTY TRAINED

    The Pre-K program is where little acrobats, receive a solid foundation of Acro and Tumbling shapes, tricks, and drills, allowing them to be successful in the Junior Level and beyond. They will practice taking turns, listening to a teacher, and following directions, developing social skills along with fine and gross motor skills.

  • Kinder

    AGE: 5-6

    This class will work on beginner skills such as body shapes, rolls, bridges, handstands, cartwheels and more. Guided by trained instructors, this class will be taught towards this specific age group.

  • LEVEL 1

    AGE: 6+ | Beginners

    For students with NO EXPERIENCE, this level focuses on foundational positions and movements tailored to their age and ability. Students will learn basic bridges, handstands, and cartwheels, along with introductory strength and coordination exercises. All tricks are taught in trick families, allowing students to progress as they build strength, body awareness, and technique.

  • LEVEL 2

    AGE: 6+ | Building Fundamentals

    For students who have mastered cartwheels, handstands on the wall, and a solid bridge, this level introduces more challenging movements and transitions. Students will refine their technique while developing the strength and control needed to prepare for walkovers and more advanced skills.

  • LEVEL 3

    AGE: 6+ | Intermediate Skills

    For students who have mastered walkovers, one-handed cartwheels, and handstands away from the wall, this level focuses on refining technique and increasing power. skills will be expanded to include aerial preparation, back hand spring drills, and strength building exercises for more advanced tumbling and acro tricks.

  • LEVEL 4

    AGE: 6+ | Advanced Tumbling + Acrobatics

    For students who have mastered back handsprings and aerials, this level is designed to fine-tune technique, build power, and introduce elite-level tumbling and acro tricks. Students will work on combinations, advanced series, and specialty tricks to enhance their overall performance and fluidity.

  • Coach Kristin

    Coach Kristin is a Master Instructor with the Acro Dance Teacher’s Association. She is also a certified fitness instructor and a former gymnast and cheerleader. Whether you need to work on a specific skill or are looking for creative variations of a trick, Coach Kristin can help!

  • Coach Mere

    Coach Mere is an experienced gymnastics and cheer coach. She specializes in technique and proper form , tailoring each session to meet the needs of the tumbler. Coach Mere is available to work with beginning level tumblers through advanced level tumblers.

  • Coach Dana

    Coach Dana is a Premier Certified Acro Dance Teacher’s Association instructor. She is excellent with all ages and focuses on injury prevention by teaching to the tumbler's needs and desired skills. She specializes in walkovers, cartwheels, and more! Schedule your session today!

  • Indiana Messerli

    Indiana is an experienced competitive dancer and Twisted Motion's most advanced tumbler. She has been studying Acro Dance Technique for several years, implementing what she has learned into her own practice and in her classes. Indy specializes in beginner through intermediate level.

  • Coach Liana

    Liana is excited to join the Twisted Motion team! Originally from Del Rio, TX, she has a background in competitive and recreational cheerleading and is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Exercise and Sports Sciences. Passionate about coaching, Liana loves connecting with her students and helping them grow into their best selves.
