Private Lessons that are cancelled within 24 hours will be charged in full.
-
Should you need to withdraw from any or all classes at any time other than at the end of the session, you must submit the appropriate form (found below) as notice to our office no later than the 28th of the month. To withdraw from all classes and financial obligations, a completed withdrawal form must be turned in to our office. If a withdrawal form is not submitted by the 28th of the month, you are responsible for continuing to pay tuition and late fees until the form is turned in, regardless of attendance.
-
Attendance is essential in your students’ progress. Missed classes may be made up within the same month of the absence. Students are limited to ONE make-up lesson, per enrolled class each month in an age and level appropriate class with availability.
Contact us at kristin@twistedmotionatx.com to schedule your make-up lesson.

Students will be courteous and respectful of all those they come in contact with in class.
Students will not talk while the teacher is instructing in class.
Students will be a role model to all peers and will treat peers, faculty, staff and parents politely and with respect before, during and after classes.

Students will give their best effort in every class, and remain committed to being safe and having fun.

Hair: Hair should be pulled back and out of the way for class. For example, very long hair does best in a bun or a braid so that it doesn’t get stepped on. Shorter hair can be worn in a partial or full ponytail.
Attire: For Twisted Motion classes, form-fitting clothing works best. This is because of all the upside-down work that happens in class. Your child will feel more secure, and stay covered, if he/she’s wearing something that stays in place, no matter what trick he/she’s working on. Ninja’s may wear t-shirts that can tuck into their shirts or pants.
Feet: Students should always be barefoot for class unless specified by the teacher.
Jewelry: Jewelry should not be worn. For the safety of your student, and the teacher, only stud earrings are allowed.
Being in the proper attire will put your student into their tumbling mode and help them feel like a professional at the studio. That is when he/she can really put their focus into learning, growing, and perfecting his/her abilities.
